Welcome! I'm L.D Designs!
I'm a Strong, confident, and well organized experienced house Designer for hire across all NA Data Centers! I've successfully designed over 45+ Houses on different worlds across Crystal and other NA Data Centers. I'm not a Perfect or The best designer over all But! I am best at what I do and love! I enjoy and excel amazing usage of space, which includes, lack of clipping and glitching, designs that more so fits the game lore friendly wise, warm Lighting, wood and/or stone like textures with darker colors, containing as much details and clutter to make sure places don't look too bland. I providing a cozy atmosphere with a well lived in feeling that shows the activity inside as if someone actually lives there and do things in there. I also on creating a simple yet beautiful interiors which without the necessities and usage of modern style or complex designs which allows me provide sometimes budget friendly commissions. Sometimes I will make mistakes.. We all do, But I try my best to prevent that through questions and planning as I strive to leave my clients happy with my work in the end. I'm very confident in what I can do and always up for learning new ways to further my skills/talents within my interest as a experienced designer.

Terms of service
Rules and Cancelation InformationIf you are serious & have a plan/idea of what you are looking for then my service will be open to you. The more information you provide will allow me to perform to best of my ability. If you do not have anything provided, this will delay the process and quite possibly, the quality of the end result, which neither of us would want.I have listed various points below stating routes towards your commission being cancelled and/or not accepted which are all avoidable. If I cannot finish your commission (due to out-of-work, personal, hardware or software issues), a full refund will be given in these cases.Lack of Communication
Please let me know if you are going to be busy for a while so I can put you on pause.
However, if I do not hear from you after a few days of me trying to communicate without any prior warning, I will have to cancel the commission and will wait for your response to refund you.Deadlines
My personal deadline prior towards finishing each house project is up to three months due to me possibly becoming busy/slowed with IRL responsibilities. I have kids, a job, friends and family activities that keeps my days busy to which I always put first. I treat commissions as a hobby and not a second job to which I do in my free time. However this does not mean I will take three months to finish a commission so please bare with me and be patient. I will always keep you updated!Continuing where someone left off
I am sorry but I do not build upon existing designs. For me to do my work I require a empty house for me to create. I would be happy to recreate however it will be redesigned naturally. There is no set prices for designing half the house or specific rooms / spots in the house as I preferer to design as a whole.Copying others work
I will not copy a design someone did that is disrespectful towards the designer and the home owner, so please don't ask! However I will reference a design in my own way being inspired by that design.Lack of funds/budget
Do not commission me to work on your house if you don't have the funds for it. The Prices are there and I will give estimations on the furniture budget so be sure you are flexible with funds.Backing out mid way
If you happened to cancel the commission while I have already made enough progress, 60% of the commission fee will be refunded to you.Payment up front
I wont start unless I am paid in full first (only in Gil), I don't accept half up front and the other half when done, this is to protect my time, talent and work from potential scam, no exceptions.Changing your mind
Changing your mind of small points here and there is normal and acceptable in most cases, however if you give me the green to proceed with a design only to overhaul again later, that will not be accepted repetitively. This dampens the process constantly and makes no progression. Continuing as such would result in a cancellation on my side refunding 70% of the payment for my time to be compensated, as there is a clear indication at that point that you didn't come to me with any forethought or plan which is a requirement for my services.Commission Selection
